We are the first real estate agency in Florence that makes ethics and eco-sustainability its business card. After several years of experience as real estate agents linked to a franchised brand, we wondered what was missing and what our customers really needed. Often real estate agents are associated with cynical professionals, not attentive to the needs of the customer, with poor preparation and this hurt us.
So, there was a need to create a reality that really reflected who we are and what our values are, not only through fine words, but also through concrete actions and actions that we as individuals accomplish. Specifically:
we take care of houses and the most important house, the one we all share is our Planet
we work daily to bring our work to a zero environmental impact
we limit the use of plastic
we only use recycled paper from certified waste from the food industry and we print with eco-sustainable and certified technology
we prefer digital to printing
we encourage the use of private electric transport
we propose virtual tour of properties to reduce travel
we are very careful to separate collection.
But this is still not enough: for every property sold thanks to our intermediation, a tree will be planted in order to limit the environmental impact of the transaction.
